Cardi B has shared joyful news: she is pregnant with her fourth child, her first with boyfriend Stefon Diggs, a wide receiver for the New England Patriots. The rapper revealed the announcement during an interview with CBS News on Sept. 17, 2025.
“I’m having a baby with my boyfriend, Stefon Diggs,” Cardi told Gayle King. “I’m excited. I feel very powerful that I’m doing all this work while I’m creating a baby.”

The baby will be Cardi’s fourth child. She already shares three children with rapper Offset, including Kulture and Wave, plus a third child born in 2024. The couple divorced in 2024, but Cardi has since embraced a new chapter with Diggs.
Meanwhile, Diggs, a four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver, has a daughter from a previous relationship.
